But, as they explained, "times have changed," because the Airport now enforces more security measures. Specifically, the Airport restricts public access to trash throughout the facilities, and the eateries no longer liberally offer food (leftovers) to the hungry and needy. Coincidentally, less than an hour later, the Airport Police walked over, interrogated, and frisked the Homeless Person, a few steps away from me, while I used my tablet PC (on the floor).
