Revelation is the revealing of previously hidden truth, understanding and information (that usually applies to life on Earth), while prophesy is a divine message from God for the Church. (2 Peter 1:20-21) (SEE Ezekiel 13)
KEY TERMS:
Revelator: one who uncovers and REVEALS what was previously hidden/secret AT THE HORIZONTAL (of their own interpretation/authority)
Prophet: an Ordained Church Ministry Leader (of the Five-Fold Ministry) who PROPHESIES, for the Church, the VERTICAL REVELATIONS of Almighty God-El Shaddai (not of their own interpretation)
