August 13, 2013:
-----------------> In the morning, I picked up my property from the Washington State Patrol Headquarters in Bellevue, WA, and headed back to Tacoma, WA via the local/regional bus system. Over 2 hours later, I scoped out the Court/Jail square, on Tacoma Ave. in Downtown Tacoma, and started my first wave of "VISIBLE & COMPETENT with the CLOAK of Renunciation & Treason" silent [yet CIVILIZED] protest/demonstration in front of the County City Building.
-----------------> By afternoon, I decided to MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION at the adjacent Pierce County Jail, and presented my protest statement, while proudly walking along the western side of the facility, near an 'Employee Only' entrance. It appeared that some of the office workers noticed me outside their office windows, and after 20 minutes, an Officer approached. The Officer suggested that I take the protest/demonstration to the sidewalk closest to the street. So, I protested/demonstrated near the street outside the Jail with a handheld statement and a statement on my backpack above a newspaper box. I experienced a fairly good reception from the passersby...
-----------------> ...so, by evening I pitched my tent in front of the Jail lawn on the sidewalk and, in the tent screen door, showcased 3 versions of the "Renunciation & Treason" statement and my "New Incarceration Facility (Tree/Flower) Design" print out. A few passersby knocked on my tent and asked for a more detailed breakdown of the protest/demonstration. I even got a chance to sharpen the verbal presentation of my religious/spiritual message and medical/health care/incarceration system views, when a local complimented my efforts and provided additional moral/legal arguments to consider in future court hearings. Unfortunately, the other [presumed] 'conscientious objector' and I diverged on the basics of love as it relates to sexual activity. The local, who sat calmly in front of my tent, posed to me an 'ecological generalist' open-ended view that sex is permissible if all parties involved really 'make love' to each other. Of course, I disagreed on the religious basis that sex outside of marriage is sinful, and mentioned that "I am a Celibate Christian" who does not support sex outside of marriage. Eventually, the local departed after repeatedly requesting to touch my hand.*ODD*

August 14, 2013:
-----------------> In the morning, a local Law Enforcement Officer roughly hit my tent and demanded that I pack up and leave. So, after another Officer joined the 'sidewalk eviction notice' and said that I cannot pitch a tent on any sidewalks in town, I left that area. After dining-in at Subway, and feeding the birds animal crackers at the area 'transit park,' I took the protest/demonstration to the United States Courthouse. Soon after, a Security Officer directed me away from the front glass doors to the front sidewalk. So, I continued the protest/demonstration near the street.
-----------------> After a few hours, I grabbed a bag of popcorn from a local popcorn/snack shop, and walked towards the I-705 entry ramp. I settled down on the center-line fork of the entry ramp and continued eating popcorn, while holding, with my other hand, my notepad with the "Renunciation & Treason" statement. A half hour later, a State Patrol Officer stopped their vehicle on the fork, and asked for my identification after stating that it is illegal to protest on the Interstate. The Officer issued me a verbal warning, and offered to give me a ride to an area off the HIGHWAY. I was dropped off at a gas station across from a huge [very visible] EQC Casino sign.

-----------------> This wee early morning, while typing on my laptop outside of a Subway [after the LaQuinta security asked me to leave their hotel computer center], I have come to terms with the realization that my upcoming activities may actually result in long-term INCARCERATION or better yet STATELESSNESS and BANISHMENT to the STATE OF ISRAEL.[*HMM*...Israel is a STATE, too?!]

July 31, 2013: Arrested on I-90 HIGHWAY
---------------> Charge: "Criminal Trespass 2"
---------------> Sent to: King County Jail
---------------> Details: After retrieving my property from the Washington State Patrol Headquarters and spending a few hours at a local restaurant, I took the I-90 Trail (westbound) towards the E Channel Bridge. I settled down on a striped intersection fork between a centerline entry ramp and I-90 westbound lanes. Even though, it slightly rained throughout the evening, I pulled out my notepad with the "RENUNCIATION & TREASON" statement and another version of the statement (written from memory; it was showcased in my jail cell door window, while serving time for a July 8th HIGHWAY protest on I-5), while finishing off a bag of Subway cookies. An hour later, I noticed the local Law Enforcement and State Patrol cruising alongside the main westbound entry ramp, and soon after move their vehicles IN REVERSE to exit the Interstate. Eventually, 20 minutes later, the Officers found their way to the centerline area of the HIGHWAY entry ramp, where I was located. Two Officers approached and requested an explanation for the protest/demonstration on the HIGHWAY; the first Officer was a female State Patrol Trooper, and the second a local Law Enforcement Officer. During the 'pat-down' and property inspection, I repeatedly emphasized that I needed my notepad and other written statement for the next court hearing. Yet, the local Officer dismissively said, "Yeah...yeah...you can contact State Patrol." Nevertheless, the good looking female State Trooper arrested me and transported me to the King County Jail.

---------------> Judge Order: 72 Hour Hold and Transfer
---------------> Details: For this trial, I presented my "Renunciation & Treason" statement (updated version, written from memory) and "Living Will" (summary brief, written from memory), suggested that the Court make a copy of my paperwork for their records, and REPEATEDLY stated that "I DO NOT SUPPORT THE MEDICAL/HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY." Once again, the assigned Public Defender and Washington State Medical cited INCOMPETENCE and demanded a "Competency Evaluation." The Judge skimmed over my paperwork and ordered a '72 Hour Hold and Transfer' to the Western State Hospital. Also, once again, the Judge did not provide a copy of the "Court Order."

---------------> Details of Stay: I HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD, yet I was placed in the lowest (minimum) security level zone of the Hospital Wards, and oddly the Ward was COED.*SCARY*IT WAS LIKE THE 'TWILIGHT ZONE'* Also, they placed me in a room with another short-haired young woman.*NO COMMENT* Over the course of the stay, I was interviewed and explained why "I am a FUGITIVE FROM TRIAL IN IOWA" who traveled, WHILE BARRED FROM DRIVING, through 4 states into Canada, and protested/demonstrated in Seattle, WA, since May 24th...I REFUSED TO GIVE BLOOD...I REFUSED to take MEDICATIONS...I REPEATEDLY REQUESTED A SINGLE ROOM housing assignment. Hmm, so what are they going to DIAGNOSE?!
August 12, 2013: Released from the Western State Hospital

Location: Seattle, Washington (Seattle Municipal Tower [using FREE WiFi])
Date of Incident: July 4, 2013
[Suspect: Keira Renae Johnson]
At around 3pm, Keira R. Johnson was spotted on an I-5 entry lane near 6th Ave. and Jefferson St. She crossed back-and-forth over the Interstate entry lanes into southbound traffic while holding a notepad.
More than 12 Law Enforcement (Local/Sheriff/State) vehicles were noticed speeding by, while Ms. Johnson continued to walk/run east and west on the highway.
Eventually, a State Trooper stopped near Ms. Johnson's Interstate demonstration, and simply requested that she protest elsewhere.

Earlier, Ms. Johnson was asked to, once again, leave the lobby of the King County Jail, and take her protest outside. Ms. Johnson admitted to illegally crossing the local highways, and trespassing on private/federal property in Seattle, WA. She is awaiting detainment.

The Seattle Law Enforcement mentioned that an arrest warrant should be issued from Iowa. Especially, if I am expected to serve time, later this year, for "Driving While Barred" over 3 times this year.
Also, I explained to the Seattle Law Enforcement and Washington State Troopers that I ILLEGALLY (WITHOUT A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE) operated my motor vehicle through 4 states (Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana) into Coutts, Alberta, Canada (in April), and that my vehicle and trailer [are] still being held (since 4-17-13) in police custody at Cliffs Towing in Shelby, Montana.
--> As a FUGITIVE FROM a Pottawattamie County TRIAL in Canada, a REFUGEE claim was submitted and I was immediately DETAINED and sent to JAIL (1st: [at] a Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada jail; 2nd: at Calgary Remand Centre) for attempting to enter Canada with an expired/invalid Indiana Driver's License and limited financial funds.
In addition, here in Seattle, Washington, with only a backpack and tent, I OFFICIALLY TRESPASSED at over 20 local/federal buildings, garages, parking lots, and parks. The Seattle Law Enforcement, State Troopers and US Marshals HAVE FAILED to DETAIN ME, in spite of daily protest/demonstrations and leisure activity on Private Property and Government Property.

The Seattle Law Enforcement mentioned that an arrest warrant should be issued from Iowa. Especially, if I am expected to serve time, later this year, for "Driving While Barred" over 3 times this year.
Also, I explained to the Seattle Law Enforcement and Washington State Troopers that I ILLEGALLY (WITHOUT A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE) operated my motor vehicle through 4 states (Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana) into Coutts, Alberta, Canada (in April), and that my vehicle and trailer [are] still being held (since 4-17-13) in police custody at Cliffs Towing in Shelby, Montana.

- June 13, 2013 pitched tent outside the Freeway Park Garage (overnight)...earlier, pitched tent at the Convention Center parking garage, and a garage guard requested my identification (passport), verbally issued a TRESPASSING WARNING, and stated that "[I] will be arrested the next time [I] trespass at the Convention Center Parking Garage"

Hello,
It is my understanding that after a "failure to appear" at a trial, the judiciary will set another trial date (typically 2 weeks to 1 month later), even if a warrant has yet to be issued.
Presently, I am located (with only a tent) in Seattle, Washington, so I am in no position to travel back to Iowa. Since, I no longer have access to my motor vehicle, I will not appear at the next trial.
Also, while protesting outside of Government buildings, I encountered 2 US Marshals at the US District Court in Seattle, and contacted the FBI, regarding my whereabouts.
Since, I renounced US Citizenship and committed treason as a FUGITIVE in Canada (FELONY ACTIVITY), I expect to be detained soon, so that the denaturalization process (statelessness) and banishment to the country ISRAEL can commence.

Essentially, Mr. Nelson is correct. Failure to appear will result in a warrant, however, it is not very likely that the warrant will be acted upon unless you reenter the state of Iowa. If you are not planning on returning, the warrant will just sit here.
