Hello,

It is my understanding that after a "failure to appear" at a trial, the judiciary will set another trial date (typically 2 weeks to 1 month later), even if a warrant has yet to be issued. 

Presently, I am located (with only a tent) in Seattle, Washington, so I am in no position to travel back to Iowa. Since, I no longer have access to my motor vehicle, I will not appear at the next trial.

Also, while protesting outside of Government buildings, I encountered 2 US Marshals at the US District Court in Seattle, and contacted the FBI, regarding my whereabouts.

Since, I renounced US Citizenship and committed treason as a FUGITIVE in Canada (FELONY ACTIVITY), I expect to be detained soon, so that the denaturalization process (statelessness) and banishment to the country ISRAEL can commence.

Ms. Johnson,

Essentially, Mr. Nelson is correct. Failure to appear will result in a warrant, however, it is not very likely that the warrant will be acted upon unless you reenter the state of Iowa. If you are not planning on returning, the warrant will just sit here.

FOR YOUR RECORDS: On May 25, 2013, I was approached by a Washington US Marshal, while protesting/demonstrating outside of the US District Courthouse in Seattle, Washington. The US Marshal requested my ID information and I handed my Passport to the US Marshal.

On May 31, 2013, I was, once again, approached by a Washington US Marshal, while partially trespassing by pitching my tent at the US District Courthouse. And, that same night, 5 or more Law Enforcement Officers approached me, while camping outside of the Seattle Police Department.
