The OPEN-AIR Detention Center/Facility (Tree/Flower Design) IS A ---> CLEAN AIR & SUNNY DAYS ACT <--- that 'BY NATURAL HABITAT DESIGN' SUPPORTS THE HEALTH & WELL-BEING of the DETAINED
CHARITABLE PROPOSAL: CLEAN AIR & SUNNY DAYS ACT for present/future DETENTION CENTER/FACILITY developments
#incarceration #jail #prison #detentioncenter
The proposed OPEN-AIR facility design, with the inclusion of cell block tricycles [w/ partial fairing], presents a modern interaction space that naturally motivates the detained [in captivity] to independently carry on orderly behaviors and activities, while exposed to typical environmental pressures, such as the seasonal weather changes and [3 to 4 wheel] cycle traffic.
Most importantly, the CLEAN AIR & SUNNY DAYS Detention Center/Facility ACT considers the patterns of modern human activity and integrates NATURAL HABITAT DESIGN with concepts of Individualism to effectively reduce INMATE IDLENESS and unnecessary close quarters PEER PRESSURE [which are standard phenomena in today's Correctional Facilities that provide 20+ double occupancy room cell blocks, with small shared TV lounges]. Currently, the Correctional Facility System's dormitory style housing and psycho-social Criminal Collective Programs are not structurally and sociologically sufficient.

*--->Hmm, there's more "almsness" in mind-to-manifest...Each Detention Center Detainee would be assigned a 7-inch Tablet PC w/ a 2-in-1 desk keyboard (w/ Games, Radio/Music Channels, Digital Book Library, Court Paper Program/Directory [including Video Conferencing/Chat/Email to Lawyer], Commissary/Canteen Order Program, and Kite/Service Request Program), and 2 more Detention Facility/Center (modified Tree/Flower Design) versions are in the works: 1) Detention Center w/ the addition of a Fitness Room Shed [including free weights, weight bench, treadmill and/or elliptical machine] to each 'Cell Block Area'; 2) Youth Detention Center & Academy w/ the addition of a Grade School (K-12) [located in a circular sector from the 'Administration GUARD CENTER' to the top of the 'Services Ring'], Sports Field [located in a sector from the 'Services Ring' to the Center's exterior], and Movie Theater [located in the 'Services Ring']*

ReplyDelete--->JAIL and PRISON DETAINEES ARE NOT ANAEROBES (i.e., worms, parasites, bacteria, etc.)! DETAINEES DESERVE DAILY EXPOSURE TO NATURAL "AIR & LIGHT"<---
*ATTENTION*: Modern day JAILS, PRISONS, and other Incarceration Facilities greatly expose detainees to INDOOR AIR POLLUTION. The build up (typical spread) of TOXINS (from daily use of cleaning products), DANDER (e.g., hair, and dead skin particles), MEDICINAL BODY ODORS (i.e., odd odors caused by consumption of drugs), and even INTESTINAL GASES (i.e., flatulence and odors released during defecation into shared toilets) can increase exposure to airborne pathogens that support bacteria, virus, and disease development.
NOTE: The detainees in JAILS, PRISONS, and other Incarceration Facilities ARE NOT CERTIFIED CLEANERS. Most detainees do not know how to adequately clean facilities, and neutralize toxic and chemical solutions with an educated consideration of industry standards. Specifically, there is still a high possibility of ENDOTOXIN CONTAMINATION, which occurs when toxins (NOTE: Each bacterial cell contains a toxin) are released into the environment after bacterial cells are killed. The toxins that bacterial cells leave behind (i.e., the virulence factors) can weaken the future effectiveness of certain cleaning solutions, and still progressively cause disease development. Therefore, ONLY "CERTIFIED & SKILLED" CLEANERS CAN EFFECTIVELY CLEAN "closed quarters" facilities (e.g., modern day JAILS, PRISONS, and other Incarceration Facilities). Besides, the "CLINICAL-LABORATORY-DORMITORY" ENVIRONMENT presented at today's JAILS, PRISONS and DETENTION CENTERS will never be considered "A BIG HOUSE" to be truly loved, cared for, and cherished by detainees, who under normal circumstances would never share a house with other criminals.
All things considered, EACH DETAINEE DESERVES THEIR OWN SINGLE HOUSE in an OPEN-AIR Incarceration Center.
