I responded that "Confession towards Salvation" w/ a belief (faith) that Jesus Christ was one's Lord was the determinate start (of Salvation). Yet, I clarified that I did understand that the Catholics (for example) believed that it took more to achieve Salvation (w/ a focus on God's Grace as necessary towards conversion w/ Eucharist and Baptism).
