***Magically, ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES OF EACH PROPERTY [save the library]***
- June 15, 2013 late morning-afternoon, pitched tent at the Columbia Center (parking garage)...wee early morning hours, pitched tent at the Seattle Central Library
- June 14, 2013 late evening, pitched tent at Union Square (terrace)...earlier, pitched tent at the Washington State Convention Center (parking garages [Convention Center and Freeway Park])
- June 13, 2013 pitched tent outside the Freeway Park Garage (overnight)...earlier, pitched tent at the Convention Center parking garage, and a garage guard requested my identification (passport), verbally issued a TRESPASSING WARNING, and stated that "[I] will be arrested the next time [I] trespass at the Convention Center Parking Garage"

@Leisurely Protested/Demonstrated 
- June 14, 2013 that morning, partially protested w/ notepad under an overpass outside the Freeway Park Garage
- June 13, 2013 demonstrated/protested w/ notepad on steps of the United States Court of Appeals. Another set of US Marshals approached and requested my identification, and once again, I handed over my passport...earlier, demonstrated by using the lower level restroom facility and resting in the lounge stairway of the Renaissance Seattle Hotel (earlier that week, asked to leave the premises after hours of free WiFi and restroom facility usage)

***Magically, I was ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES at least once AT EACH PROPERTY over the past 3 weeks***

- I still have yet to be detained for DRIVING WHILE BARRED THROUGH NEBRASKA, WYOMING, MONTANA, and briefly into CANADA with a MISDEMEANOR DRIVING RECORD (over 20 Photo Enforcement Camera violations, traffic accident, driving without insurance, driving while license suspended/revoked, driving while barred [twice...and incarcerated], FUGITIVE from trial in Canada, FOREIGN INCARCERATION [1 month] at Calgary Remand Centre while the Canadians rioted and assaulted each other in broad jail light and incarceration facility guards picketed [Wildcat Strike])
--Did I mention YEARS OF PARKING LOT REALISTIC-YET-PSEUDO-TRESPASSING in ILLINOIS, IOWA and NEBRASKA!!!!!!!!!!?!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE: ARREST ME, BANISH ME TO ISRAEL, MATERIALIZE ME IN GOD'S GOOD GRACES!!!

Hello,

It is my understanding that after a "failure to appear" at a trial, the judiciary will set another trial date (typically 2 weeks to 1 month later), even if a warrant has yet to be issued. 

Presently, I am located (with only a tent) in Seattle, Washington, so I am in no position to travel back to Iowa. Since, I no longer have access to my motor vehicle, I will not appear at the next trial.

Also, while protesting outside of Government buildings, I encountered 2 US Marshals at the US District Court in Seattle, and contacted the FBI, regarding my whereabouts.

Since, I renounced US Citizenship and committed treason as a FUGITIVE in Canada (FELONY ACTIVITY), I expect to be detained soon, so that the denaturalization process (statelessness) and banishment to the country ISRAEL can commence.

Ms. Johnson,

Essentially, Mr. Nelson is correct. Failure to appear will result in a warrant, however, it is not very likely that the warrant will be acted upon unless you reenter the state of Iowa. If you are not planning on returning, the warrant will just sit here.

DAYS OF SIGHTs and DISSENT

Tuesday, May 28, 2013:

Previous Day: Once again, I decided to spend the night in an obvious location...so I settled down on a window ledge at the King County Courthouse. Soon after, 2 area enforcement officers (security SLASH law enforcement officers ???) approached, stated that I was not allowed to stay at the courthouse, and suggested that I spend the night at the local shelter (conveniently located across the street).

[NOTE: Earlier that night, I tried to find a nice spot to pop my tent along the upper level areas of a huge generic city building with a 1-room overnight shelter, however I quickly noticed the "no camping" and "no trespassing" signs around the outer areas of the building. So, as I walked to the ground level (just outside of the area, where the horribly ventilated 1-room indoor shelter was located) a shelter guard approached, and asked me if I was trying to find the shelter. I mentioned that I just wanted to find an outdoor spot to pop my tent. The shelter guard said, "Ok" and continued monitoring the area. After that brief interaction, I decided to sleep, once again, at the courthouse.]

One of the area enforcement officers, requested that I meet them over at the shelter. So, I packed up and walked over to the exterior shelter walls. The exterior of the 1-room (in a huge building) shelter resembled modular fold-out walls typically showcased at concert/event stadium venues. Eventually, I noticed that one of the tall rectangular wall panes actually was a door, and walked into a hall, which led to an Einstein Brothers Bagles corner shop. I briefly looked into the shelter room, located across from the wall door, and noticed a profuse odor emerging from the door towards my nostrils. So, I proceeded to pop my tent in the hall, outside of the horribly-ventilated 1-room shelter, and emphasized that decision to the area enforcement officer.

DAY OF SIGHTs: By morning, I picked up some breakfast at the Einstein Brothers Bagles shop. Soon after, I experienced an eureka moment, blew my nose free of mucus, and decided to wash the shelter stench out of my clothing. I did some quick online local laundromat research and trekked towards a laundromat, located on 12th Ave. 

After a refreshing hour of laundry cleaning, I casually strolled west on Denny Way, and continued my trek all the way to the Space Needle. I trekked around the "Seattle Center" district, which includes the Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Seattle Repertory Theatre, and Key Arena. Considering the awesome sights beheld, I continued my sightseeing tour towards the waterfront, starting with a visit to Olympic Sculpture Park, along the Alaskan Way. Eventually, I popped my tent, for the night, at a park near the Pike Place Market, across from the Seattle Aquarium.

Wednesday, May 29, 2013:

DAY OF DISSENT: Unfortunately, it rained overnight, and a small amount of rain water got into certain areas of my tent (along the seams). Since, I desired new socks and tent seam sealer, and spotted REI on a tour map, I started my eastward trek from the Waterfront to the Interstate. 

After a trip to REI, with nothing else to do for the rest of the day, I decided to step my legal dissent up a landing, and took the protest/demonstration to the square concrete steps of the Seattle Police Department. I presented the "RENUNCIATION and TREASON" statement, for much of the protest/demonstration, from a concrete step. Also, I sidestepped towards the surveillance cameras and front glass doors over a dozen times during the demonstration.

With earplugs in my ears, it seemed as if I, one who demonstrated with a notepad, distinctly attracted a decent reception. A few pedestrians approached the notepad and took a closer look at the statement. Yet another lady, who sat on a window ledge outside of the Police Department building, spent her time taking notes, standing up and down, and turning towards me while rambling.

Once again, it started to rain, so I postponed the camping extravaganza at the Police Department, for another day.

--->TO CAMP WHILE BARRED...hmm, maybe I'll get a fair weather hearing, sometime in the near month, after the arrest of the past month.

BACK TO the FIELDS OF REFLECTIVE BLANKETS: Unfortunately, after traveling down the hill and popping my tent at an obvious corner spot outside of a Western Ave. furniture store, facing the Alaskan Way, THE AREA SECURITY INTERRUPTED THE highway sound TRANQUILITY by asking me to move. So, I picked up my open tent, and carried everything back to an area across from the Seattle Aquarium. As usual, the reflective bum grounds did not attract me, so I placed my tent down, a few paces away, in front of a wide concrete pillar near the entrance of a parking garage.

Thursday, May 30, 2013:

AWAKENED by the SOUND of GUARDS: Once again, I was abruptly awakened by the sound of security guards outside my tent. So, around 5 am, I trekked along Alaskan Way, and eventually stopped at a local Starbucks for a morning kick of SOY CHAI TEA LATTE WITH WHIPPED CREAM.

SEARCH for FREE WIFI: I trekked up the hill to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. I rode the escalator to a floor with benches and an art museum showcase, and sat down on a side bench. Yet, a security guard approached and said "...you can do that in the public areas..." [IN OTHER WORDS: Use one's laptop in areas full of people eating food and chatting loudly!].

So, I moved up to a conference/exhibition level floor, and sat down at a side wall laptop station, across from a Subway shop. While waiting for the wifi to connect, I started to doze off, and THE SECURITY GUARD ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE PREMISES. SHOCKING...RIIIIGHT...I was, actually, in the right area, since I just wanted to use my laptop.

Oh well, I took my belongings ACROSS THE ROAD to the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. Initially, I sat down in the lobby computer center, across from the hotel Starbucks. Yet, over the course of an hour, more hotel guests stopped by the computer center. So, I moved to another computer area in the lounge (bar/sofa) room. Soon after, a security guard mentioned that the lounge is only for hotel guests, and requested that I leave.

Nevertheless, I decided to check out the computer center at the Springhill Suites Marriot, since I experienced some free-wifi luck there earlier in the week. Magically, the hotel computers, NOW, REQUIRE AUTHENTICATION (a password).

So, once again, I trekked back to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. This time, I experienced better luck in 3 [CAN STILL GET ONE BOOTED] areas: a wooden bench on a mid-level floor, the ladies restroom, and a concrete bench next to a virtual information screen (across from the "juicycafe" shop).

More Updates: RENUNCIATION and TREASON

YESTERDAY's COURTHOUSE TOUR:
I protested outside of the US District Courthouse for more than 10 hours. I marched around the front of the Courthouse, and presented the "RENUNCIATION and TREASON" statement with 3 sheets of notepad paper. 

Eventually, a US Marshal walked out of the Courthouse and asked me to move to a bench in the front courtyard area. So, I continued the protest in the Courthouse courtyard. By late evening, as I started to pop my tent, the same US Marshal returned and said that camping is not allowed on the premises. Then, the US Marshal requested my identification, such as a Passport. After the US Marshal rambled on about the newness of the Passport, and that it was issued in Canada, yet is noticeably missing an official stamp, the US Marshal handed back my Passport and mentioned that I could, however, sleep on a bench. At that point, I decided to move to another location for the night and return the next day.

I settled down and popped my tent in a nice terrace above a Bank of America parking garage, with an enclosed fitness center and Asian cuisine restaurant. I noticed the building earlier that day when I searched for breakfast food.

MORNING WAKE UP CALL:
I abruptly awakened around 6 am to the sound of patrolling building security guards. So, as I packed up my tent, one of the guards approached and asked if I was leaving and I replied, "Yes, and I'm moving my tent, too." 

I casually walked around the area and spotted another Courthouse: The Seattle Municipal Court. So, I pulled out the notepad with the "RENUNCIATION and TREASON" statement, and marched along the front of the Courthouse. Next, I presented the statement in front of the Seattle Police Department Headquarters (located next door).

After another visit to Target and Starbucks, I trekked back to the US District Courthouse.

Maybe, on this rainy day, my captivating progression towards BANISHED PILGRIM status will begin, when/and if the Seattle Law Enforcement with US Marshal support find me among the trees.

OVERNIGHT STAY at KING COUNTY COURTHOUSE:
Yesterday, after many hours of online activity at the SeaTac International Airport, I decided to take my FUGITIVE FOR STATELESSNESS protest to the Courthouse, instead of "bum-it-out" at Nickelsville (homeless camp in Seattle).

So, I took the late night Link Light Rail train towards downtown Seattle. When in range of the King County Courthouse, I placed a copy of my "RENUNCIATION and TREASON" statement in a more visible position on one side of my backpack, and trekked up and down the surprisingly steep hills of downtown Seattle towards the Courthouse. Eventually, I settled down on newspaper on a window ledge outside the Courthouse.

The FUNNIEST SLEEPY EYEWITNESS ACCOUNTS of the overnight stay were the law enforcement vehicles on hourly patrol of the area. Especially since, I am a FUGITIVE, and at least 20 law enforcement vehicles (including Sheriff Deputy vehicles) passed by every hour (sometimes 10 times in one hour).

EARLIER THIS MORNING:
By morning, I decided to go get some breakfast, and discovered that on Saturdays most downtown businesses open a few hours before noon or close on weekends. Well, I continued looking around and noticed the US Appeals Court. So, I walked up to the front doors of the building in an attempt to guarantee that the surveillance cameras recorded my "RENUNCIATION and TREASON" statement.

Eventually, I took my search for food towards Pike Place Market, and walked into a familiar work setting: Target.

Maybe, I will get a chance to protest at the US District Court in Seattle, too.
Maybe, the 50th law enforcement vehicle will stop and after "25 questions and 25 minutes" will notice my criminal record and a "no-show" at a recent trial, and will arrest me.
