Brief: At the 1st, each Incarceration and Medical/Health Evaluation Facility MAGICALLY viewed me (a PROTESTER/DEMONSTRATOR, low-level criminal, one 'with a reserved disposition'/'who appears celibate and religious'/'who is highly educated') to be SUITABLE for GENERAL POPULATION.

*AD SEG (Administrative Segregation)/Protective Custody CLAIM:

1. Female Gang threat from Detroit, MI...I avoided certain schools in Detroit, because of rumored threats and witness of neighborhood friends who were brutally attacked by gangs. Also, I was sent to Catholic School (St. Scholastica), at one point, to avoid a well-known gang-infested Middle School (Cerveny Middle School)... Furthermore, I assumed that some at each JAIL could have gang and large criminal network connections, because some were detained on assault and illegal drug/narcotic charges.
   
   Also, I was attacked in a Residence Hall, during my 1st year, at Siena Heights University (Undergrad School), when two females with Detroit, MI connections aggressively kicked my door and verbally assaulted me, while I studied...eventually, a Residence Hall Assistant intervened and supposedly documented the situation. In addition, when I was a Campus Security Guard at Siena Heights University, the same two females with a larger group verbally attacked me, while I was on-duty and patrolling the Residence Hall hallways. (As a Campus Security Guard, I reported each incident.)
2. Political/Protest/Expatriate Activities: I was, recently, arrested/jailed for Criminal Trespass charges, while protesting/demonstrating. Some of the onlookers and passersby could follow me and retaliate with locally accepted PATRIOTIC FERVOR. So, my recent USA Citizenship Renunciation/Treason activities could potentially put my life in danger.
   
   Specifically, I was lightly shunned by inmates in Canada for 'DETENTION with an ACTIVE REFUGEE claim,' and I was attacked [verbally attacked and my tent was hit/pushed] in Seattle, WA and Tacoma, WA, while protesting/demonstrating on Federal and Private property.
   
   Also, I felt shunned and rejected by some college students, Black Americans and Baptist Church parishioners, during my political dissent [Anti-'Bush Administration' and Anti-War] years (2001-2004), when I protested/demonstrated with the Lenawee Peacemakers (peace and justice group) in Adrian, MI.
3. Religious/Spiritual Activities: I am a Gentile Protestant Christian, who practices abstinence. Since, I was on a weekly FAST (with prayer) at more than one JAIL facility, I requested my own cell and AD SEG to avoid offending the others. Specifically, I "FAST & PRAY" for my SPIRITUAL EDIFICATION (SEE 1 Corinthians 2:14-16; Matthew 4:4; Luke 4:4). In addition, I practice celibacy and was offended when I overheard some inmates and guards casually discuss their vulgar/promiscuous activities. Besides, I don't even have to eat with the other inmates. According to my understanding of the WORD OF GOD, I am directed to refrain from eating with certain WICKED persons (SEE 1 Corinthians 5:9-13).
4. Health/Well-Being Status: I am too Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually well to interact closely (intimately) with the "WORLDLY OTHERS," who seem to increasingly accept Medicinal Drug Lording and "Physical & Psychological" scrutiny from Worldly Medical/Health Care Workers on a regular basis.
5. Educational Status: CAN I GET A MOMENT OF EDUCATED SILENCE! I sought and achieved 2 Higher Education degrees...OK! So, I am too educated to just blindly "class-on-in" with the "Criminal Masterminds in Perpetual TV Lounge Training." Besides, there are too many criminals, who live by the motto "Street Knowledge MATTERS more than Higher Education"...A HUGE SIGH...if that is their view of life, then THERE IS NO WAY IN JAIL HELL, I'M EVER GOING TO ASSOCIATE WITH 'THOSE KINDS OF PEOPLE'!
6. Disposition: I am a reserved single woman, who lives alone. Specifically, I am an adult, who has been on her own since 18 years old. I prefer my own space.

*Pottawattamie County Jail:

----->February 12, 2013: During the initial booking process, I was quickly asked by a JAIL Officer if I needed Protective Custody, so I quickly said, "Yes, I prefer my own cell...isolated confinement." Yet, the Officer said, "That's not enough...this only applies if you think your life is in danger." Yet, hours later, a JAIL Classification Specialist visited me in the group holding area, and, once again, I was asked about any special housing needs, such as Protective Custody. So, I mentioned that Girl Gangs are a potential threat, because I grew up in Detroit, MI, which is well-known for gang and criminal activity, and I felt threatened by those influences, and said "some of the inmates could have cross-country connections to those people." However, the Classification Specialist said, "Michigan is far away...the other inmates are easy to get along with...they shouldn't be a problem."*SHOCKING* Yet, I was escorted to a single cell room in a General Population cell block area. ->So, I was provided limited AD SEG and DENIED Protective Custody.<-

*NOTE:* February 12, 2013 through ???February 14, 2013???: While detained, I FASTED (and prayed) and renounced my US citizenship to 2 or more JAIL Guards/Officers. During an intercom call, I renounced my citizenship. Eventually, they sent an Officer to my JAIL cell. The Officer, who visited my cell, suggested that I contact a Lawyer, regarding my citizenship renunciation.

Even though, I was provided my own room, my JAIL cell door was frequently opened, especially during meal periods and dayroom. As a result, some of the other inmates, in an odd cooperative (co-op) criminal effort, attempted to "BE MY FRIEND" and offered to WAKE ME UP and LET ME KNOW when to come out for meals and dayroom. One inmate routinely stepped into my room, and said, "Hey! I see that you're trying to get some rest, yet I'll come get you for dinner... Ok...and, let me know if you need anything else... Everyone here, knows who I am...I'm a sweetie..." The frequent door interruptions and questions were annoying, since I was on a Religious/Spiritual FAST (with prayer).

----->March 6, 2013: For the second detainment process, I mentioned that Girl Gangs from Michigan and [maybe even] Indiana are a threat. I described an incident witnessed to me by a childhood friend who was attacked at a [local district] Middle School that I was 'default' assigned to for the 6th grade school year. Yet, I protested the notion of being automatically assigned to a "Pre-Gang Hazing Process Achievement School," so I was transferred to a Catholic School. Also, I stated that I was attacked in College, at Siena Heights University, by two young females with [presumed] gang affiliation...their attacks flared up infrequently over the course of my Undergrad Studies. In addition, I mentioned that I was on a Religious/Spiritual FAST (with prayer), so I needed my own space to retain physical strength and alertness for the upcoming Court trial. Also, I mentioned that I am too educated to just be blindly placed among the other inmates, because many could be Grade School dropouts, and maybe that coupled with other factors could increase tensions. ->Eventually, they GRANTED me Protective Custody.<-

*NOTE:* INCONGRUENT SYSTEMATIC ERROR of the BOOKING: The front desk JAIL Personnel unnecessarily reentered my information into the booking system. So, when they placed a JAIL wristband on one of my wrist, I noticed a glaring CLASSIFICATION ERROR: an M instead of an F. This time, they FAILED to set my 'gender classification' to F for FEMALE. Soon after, I requested another wristband from the female JAIL Officer, who placed the wristband on one of my wrists. She asked a male superior Officer (higher ranking) for a replacement, and he said, "No...that doesn't matter."*SHOCKED*

Also, at the start of the booking, I asked if I could wear my head wrap (black head scarf). There are Religious (SEE 1 Corinthians 11:2-16) and personal (to cover up adverse effects of chemical hair relaxers) reasons why I prefer to cover my head. However, the desk Personnel stated that hair accessories are not allowed.

----->September 7, 2013: When asked about any special housing needs, I mentioned that I generally get AD SEG or Protective Custody, and that I was placed in Protective Custody the last time I was held at the Pottawattamie County Jail. A JAIL Guard/Officer standing nearby wrote down my housing request, and told a desk Guard/Officer about my housing placement needs. Painfully, the behind the desk Guard/Officer, for over 10 minutes, attempted to dissuade me from my housing decision, and said, "No! Listen, you should give General Population a try for a few days, and afterwards decide on a single room...because, it is easier to undo a General Population decision with the JAIL Administration, than it is to undo a Protective Custody decision, especially if, for example, you ever wanted to enter General Population, again. It could get lonely up there...so, think about it...you should, first, give General Population a try..." I responded, "I was provided Protective Custody last time, because there is a gang threat, Religious considerations [I FAST and PRAY], and I prefer my own room... Besides, they should still have the details of my Protective Custody needs in the [JAIL computer] system." Even though, the desk Guard/Officer continued to suggest General Population, ->I was GRANTED Protective Custody.<-

*NOTE:* Surprisingly, Pottawattamie County Jail is an ANTI-UNDERWEAR FACILITY. It cost money $$$ [active COMMISSARY] to get a BRA!!! Also, in order to get a pair of panties, one can pay $$$ out of COMMISSARY, or mention that PANTIES ARE NECESSARY, to hold feminine hygiene pads in place during menstruation (monthly shedding of blood cycle).*LAUGHABLE* I WON a FREE pair of PANTIES via the latter option. :)

*MAGNETIC DOOR CHECKS*: Oddly, there were half hour magnetic door checks. The guards were required to hit a small metal plate, in each cell block zone, at least 2 times each hour of the day.*ANNOYING*

*411 EVERYONE*: In the cell block, the phones were posted in EASY-TO-LIPREAD and EASY-TO-OVERHEAR locations. So, I requested access to a private phone booth, to discuss [in confidence] with my Lawyer sensitive information pertinent to my case. Yet, my private booth request was quickly denied. Furthermore, I requested a booth, because of the nosiness of a few other inmates in the tiny 5 cell AD SEG zone. Specifically, a young woman (a slender white woman w/ sagging pants) who repeatedly mentioned that she was on her way to prison, seemed to stop by each occupied cell requesting name, reason for jail stay, state of residence, and other private information.*FRAUD [BEFORE THE BIG HOUSE] ANYONE?!*

*HEAD PRESENTATION*: During the booking, I requested my head scarf back. Yet, one of the desk Workers stated that head wraps are not allowed. So, I replied, "I want to wear my scarf, because of RELIGIOUS REASONS, and it's a part of my PERSONA." In spite of my WOMANLY consideration of the significance of head/hair presentation, my 'head cover' request was denied. :(

In spite of frequent phone requests (JAIL Kites) to call at least 1 Immigration Lawyer, the JAIL Guards and Administration DENIED MY REQUESTS, because (according to the JAIL Workers) the immigration matters were outside the scope of my existing case in Iowa.

----->April 23, 2013: During the booking process, the JAIL Personnel failed to ask me if I had any special housing needs, so I mentioned that I needed AD SEG and Protective Custody in a cell block area away from the General JAIL Population. To support my request, I said, "I'm from the United States...and, there are Girl Gangs in the USA...from Michigan [where I grew up], and maybe some of the inmates are connected to gangs across the border." I, also, mentioned that I was granted AD SEG and Protective Custody at other JAILS. Then, one of the JAIL Workers said, "No. We don't do that here." ->So, I was quickly DENIED AD SEG and Protective Custody.<-

*NOTE: By evening, a riot broke out in a nearby cell block area. Also, earlier that day, I witnessed other inmates acting rowdy while prancing around the cell block. In spite of the area attractions, I remained in my cell room and rested, on the 1st day of a 2 week Religious/Spiritual FAST (with prayer).

----->April 24, 2013: During the booking process, I mentioned that I was placed in AD SEG/Protective Custody at other JAILS. So, one of the 'behind-the-desk' JAIL Workers said, "Ok...really? I'll check that now." Then, a JAIL Officer interjected and said, "No. We don't have that available...that's unnecessary." ->I was DENIED AD SEG and Protective Custody.<-

*NOTE: During the JAIL transfer to Calgary Remand Centre, I sat across from another female inmate (Fredricks) in the Police transport vehicle, who IRONICALLY had detailed information about the Lethbridge riot. She confirmed that her girlfriend (Significant Other) played a pivotal role in the riot and that they were hoping to be transferred together, because they had plans to spark riots at Calgary Remand Centre, too.

A few days later, the JAIL Guards at Calgary Remand Centre, walked away from their duties and joined the Provincial 'Wildcat Strike' with Guards at Lethbridge Correctional Centre and Edmonton Remand Centre. RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police a.k.a. Mounties) took over operations at the JAIL. Also, on April 28th, a male inmate violently attacked another with a gym weight.

----->April 24, 2013 through May 3, 2013: I was placed in a cell room with Fredricks. So, days later, it was apparent that a shared cell of Fredricks and someone more compatible would have been a better housing placement decision. At that point, I knew that I deserved my own cell room...far far away from couples and others in intimate relationships.

Notably, Fredricks had a very frank way of asking questions and making suggestions. Yet, I sensed that she laced certain questions with subterfuge, because she requested details about my address, vehicle and camper. [I suspect that criminals connected to theft/larceny/robbery rings ask such questions.] Also, every morning, when I tried to keep my energy up while drowsy from my Religious/Spiritual FAST, she demanded assistance with sweeping and mopping the cell floor. She wanted the room cleaned EVERY SINGLE DAY.*SHOCKING* In addition, Fredricks read *SMUT* novels (e.g., Harlequin) and spread the books all over the cell room table.

All things considered, I continued to write and submit single room requests, which included details of my shared cell room experiences. SEE BELOW snippet from one "Request for Interview" sheet:

"...Once again, the other incarceree...and I have WAY OF LIFE..., RELIGIOUS/SPIRITUAL..., LINGUISTIC..., CONFLICT RESOLUTION..., NATIONALITY...(I AM AN IMMIGRANT), AND HYGIENE DIFFERENCES. The other incarceree interrogates daily for sensitive information, and the rational[e] of my thoughts and intents. For example, the other incarceree demanded detailed information on the whereabouts of my vehicle and place of residence. Also, almost every time I start filling out a "Request for Interview" she questions and frankly states that there is no longer a reason to do so, because the [O]fficers are on strike. SHE SNORES LOUDLY AND GRUNTS!!! ([T]hose [aforementioned] actions are very annoying to me)..."

----->May 3, 2013 through May 24, 2013: With the cell room all to myself, I started to walk around more so and made Canteen (Commissary) snack/food purchases, to gladly receive by the end of my "2 WEEK FAST." Painfully, the Guards demanded me to take a shower and participate in 'dayroom' with the other inmates.*ODD* So, I chose a healthy medium that worked well with my temperament, by demonstrating through my cell room window an evolved ability to focus on points of interest in a concentrated interaction space: the FEMALE JAIL Guards and Mounties at the 'low ground' control center moving a mouse near a micro-PC.*LAUGHABLE* I gained a prominent position in Guard memory (so it seemed), from my upper level cell, and easily monitored the superior [at low] activities of those responsible for the lowest to highest account.*HMM...INSIDE JOKE: I decided to save my easy-to-come-by research for another SROP IU HRPP IRB* *HMM...Maybe, one can now give PROVINCIAL REGARD to the open-air "Incarceration Facility (Tree/Flower Design)"?!*

----->August 28, 2013: During the initial health screening, I mentioned my single room preference, and supported my request with the AD SEG/Protective Custody claims used at each JAIL. The female Examiner did not consider the seriousness of my request, and stated that I would be assigned to a typical double occupancy room [considering the briefness of my stay: 24-72 hours]. Magically, my "Living Will" [-->*I DO NOT SUPPORT THE MEDICAL HEALTH/CARE INDUSTRY*<--], criminal record, prior JAIL stay, and the nature of my legal case [-->*Specifically, I AM A PROTESTER/DEMONSTRATOR*<--] were not considered deciding factors towards a single room assignment, in a zone away from the others who supposedly suffered from physical and mental illnesses. ->So, I was DENIED AD SEG and Protective Custody.<-

Also, Telecare initially assigned me a male Examiner/Case Worker [*SCARY*], and showcased the DEFAULT assignment on the front desk information board. Even though, Telecare eventually assigned me a female Examiner and female Nurse, to be present, during the health screening, Telecare still allowed the male Examiner/Case Worker to actively remain in the examination room. My distrust of Telecare increased as they failed, after the health screening, to fully remove the male Examiner/Case Worker from my file. Afterwards, to make matters worse, the male Examiner/Case Worker [*SHOCKINGLY*] visited my room, by quickly opening my door and standing near my bed, while I rested under bed sheets. After the SHOCK of those unconventional and intrusive aforementioned actions, I reiterated my "FEMALES [Medical/Health Care Workers] ONLY" request. Eventually, after I explained my request to the Front Desk Staff, [*AFTER MORE THAN 2 REQUESTS!!!*] Telecare assigned me a female Case Worker.

Furthermore, the housing area was [*PAINFULLY*] COED and occupied with residents of varying races, ages and illnesses. Since, the housing area layout was designed around the [*LOUD*] main entrance hallway, it thereby presented an unsafe and stressful environment. So, as a Responsible Adult, I wrote a report of my experiences, and submitted honest and relevant feedback to Telecare. SEE BELOW sample incident report from a "Complaint/Grievance Form" [rough draft]:

->PROBLEMS WITNESSED: Sound pollution, COED housing area, OPEN-ENDED room assignments TOO inclusive of different/varying ages, disabilities, illnesses and maturity levels

The hallway environment, in the housing area, continued to increase in intensity and sound (noise) pollution, throughout the day and overnight. The loud and unsettling environment was exacerbated when the Telecare Staff continued to open my room door, every 15 minutes. Also, the Telecare Staff appeared to reinforce NEGATIVE behaviors among the patients and other Staff by encouraging the coed environment of loud overlapping voices and opinions. For example, in the late evening, the sounds of 2 or more male/female patients and Staff filled the housing area hall with verbal rants that increased in vulgarity with exposure of certain patients intimate details. [In addition] an old male patient rambled loud demands to Staff, while a young female patient seemingly screamed, shouted and slammed her door at [the] Staff, one or more times, throughout the night. [Furthermore] earlier that day, a male patient entered and exited my room twice, while [hunching his shoulders] appearing confused and babbling.

[Telecare has failed to consider widely accepted conventional societal practices.] The society typically separates people into age and gender specific [zones] at educational (school), military, detention center, and restroom facilities, which are standard [widely accepted] practices to appropriately meet the safety and special needs of each group...[Specifically], adults and youth [at each level] cope differently with mood and energy changes. So, age and maturity level should be considered deciding factors in roommate profile screenings for future housing placements.

[Further, patient privacy was potentially compromised by Telecare's policy to keep patient doors open all day. It seemed as if some patients were negatively influenced by the daily RELIGIOUS regiment of medication consumption and vital sign monitoring, which may have affected their ability to verbalize appropriately as they were questioned and pressured by Staff to expose sensitive information about their daily progress.]

Also, the lack of room-to-room soundproofing is an improper facility building practice. Specifically, my prayer, relaxation, and sleep patterns were frequently interrupted, as I easily overheard patients in the housing area raise their voices, often, while seemingly agitated by certain redundant questions and requests from the Telecare Staff and others.

Therefore, Telecare can properly provide a more SAFE and STRESS-FREE atmosphere, by including a GENDER-SPECIFIC housing layout, and considering a "PEACE OF MIND INTERACTION SPACE" design, by soundproofing the housing area rooms and adding 2-sided door locks to the doors..."

----->September 9, 2014: At the start of Intake, a JAIL Desk Worker read off a list of questions that seemed to cover the typical pre-screening Medical form questions presented at other JAILS. So, I thought the Medical/Health Care hassle was already out of the way. Yet, to my dismay, after my mugshot and fingerprints were taken, 2 JAIL Guards stated that I needed to visit the Medical Nurse. I responded, "As I already mentioned, I do not support Medical/Health Care. I don't use it, and don't need it. I explain why, further, in my 'Living Will.' It's with my folded papers...in my property." 1 of the 2 Guards said, "No. You still have to visit the Medical Nurse. It's a precautionary measure." While somewhat perplexed, I responded, "No. I thought the Medical questions were already asked earlier." Then, the other Guard looked dismissive, and said, "You still have to visit the Medical Nurse. It's necessary."

In the Medical Office, I reiterated my lack of support for Medical/Health Care, and that I have a "Living Will." However, the Medical Nurse and Guards seemed unmoved by my statements, and continued to pressure me to fill out a pre-screening Medical questionnaire. Also, the Medical Nurse seemed to mock me, by asking, "So, what happens if someone pushes you down the stairs?" In spite of the coercive environment, I stated that I didn't want to fill out the questionnaire. Yet, 1 of the Guards said, "The form must be completed. It's for the jail [records]." Also, the Medical Nurse directly stated, "If you don't fill it out, you'll be sent to the Doctor." Since, I recently had a painfully bad experience at another JAIL that posed a similar dilemma (i.e., the pre-screening Medical paper dilemma) and sent me to see a Doctor, I extremely wanted to quickly get away from the JAIL Medical Office. So, I looked over the form, and again mentioned that I answered similar questions during the initial JAIL Intake process. Yet, the Medical Nurse dismissed my comments, and proceeded to directly read aloud the questions. After the question about Suicide, the Medical Nurse oddly paused and said, "Oh...ok. Are you sure? I thought you said that you are Suicidal." Of course, I replied, "No." So, the Medical Nurse's comments and subsequent actions reminded me that MEDICAL/HEALTH CARE WORKERS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Lastly, I was asked about any special dietary needs, so I mentioned that I Religiously/Spiritually "FAST & PRAY," and that I was (at that moment) on a weekly FAST. Then, the Medical Nurse responded, "Oh, no. You shouldn't do that here. If you don't eat after a few days, then we will bring you back in, and place a tube down your throat to feed you." I replied, "No. [To be Medically force fed] would violate my 'Living Will.' It is OK to fast and pray for 7 days. I'm a Christian. I've done this before [at other jails, too]." [NOTE: In July 2014, Salt Lake County Jail Staff dismissed my lack of support for the Medical/Health Care Industry/System, accepted an unprofessional JAIL Medical Nurse's misclassification of me to be SUICIDAL, and submitted me to Doctor custody at a Hospital, where 5 Hospital Workers forcibly tied me down to a bed, cut and "roughly pulled" my clothing away from my body, and took my blood and urine, against my volition.]

Furthermore, while en route to the Women's JAIL housing wing, I again mentioned to the Guards that I get Administrative Segregation, and that I got AD SEG at other JAILS. Once again, the JAIL Guards dismissed my comments, and continued to escort me to a standard General Population housing area. In spite of the JAIL's lack of concern for my well-being, I continued to intercom contact the JAIL Staff and petition for my own single cell room. In addition, I refused to sit with the other inmates, during a head count. Even though, a Guard demanded me to sit with the others, I sat away from the other inmates, and stated, "They are not my congregation." Eventually, a Guard considered my efforts, and escorted me to a single cell room in a smaller General Population cell block housing area. ->So, I was provided limited AD SEG.<-

*NOTE:* During the Booking, I mentioned that I get Administrative Segregation, because there's a Gang Threat and Religious reasons. However, a JAIL Guard looked past me, and said, "No, that doesn't matter."

Earlier, during the Intake, I mentioned that I wanted to keep my head wrap for Religious reasons, personal preference, and because it is connected to my persona presentation. Yet, a JAIL Desk Worker stated that hair accessories are not allowed.

----->September 10, 2014 through September 16, 2014: During my weekly FAST (w/ prayer), the Medical/Health Care Staff in the JAIL annoyingly visited my cell room every 2 days. Since, I was still irked by the Medical Nurse's "tube down the throat in less than 2 days" (i.e., the stomach pump to force-feed threat) statement, I intercom contacted the JAIL Staff almost everyday to state my lack of support for Medical/Health Care, explained my views with certain scriptures (Biblical references), and demanded them to tear up the pre-screening Medical sheet and keep the Medical Staff away from me. To make matters worse, the JAIL Guards, who patrolled the housing area, also pressured me to stop the FAST and eat during meal periods. Initially, they ignored my comments and placed a food tray in my room, regardless of my protests. Notably, the Guard, who transferred me to the single cell room, asked about my Religion (Protestant Christianity), and said, "No. Only Catholics fast for long periods. Protestants only fast together on Holidays." While in a temporary state of bewilderment, I explained that I grew up in Church, and know FOR SURE that Protestants CAN FREELY "FAST & PRAY" WHENEVER AND WHEREVER. On the other hand, I mentioned that Catholics are actually the group, who typically "FAST & PRAY" ritualistically, with strict adherence to established Church congregational practice. In spite of my well-versed empirical understanding, the Guards demanded me to meet with the ???Resident??? Psychologist. I of course protested, and said, "I do not support Psychologists, Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. They support Hypnosis, a form of magic, and are considered Sorcerers." After the Guards invaded my cell room and directed me to a meeting room to speak with the Psychologist against my wishes, I made sure to limit interaction with the Psychologist by standing (w/ my arms folded) and moving towards the door. Notwithstanding, the Psychologist continued to pry during the brief encounter, thereby ignoring my stance and opposing views about Medical/Health Care. [NOTE: So...at what point among Medical/Health Care would IDIOSYNCRASY gain prominence as KEY OBSERVABLE PHENOMENON. Last time I checked, REJECTION still matters among the conventional social sphere.]

A few days later, after the "PSYCH SCARE," I awakened to the sight of a "figure in blue," outside my door, who pointed and waved his fingers towards me, while requesting me to step towards the cell room door. At that point, I assumed that the "figure in blue" was a Medical Nurse, so I exclaimed, "I do not support Medical/Health Care. I don't use it. So, I don't speak with Medical/Health Care." Next, the Medical Nurse and 2 JAIL Guards entered my cell room. Disturbingly, the Medical Nurse requested to examine my arms and weigh me on a scale. I refused to go with the Medical Nurse, to be weighed on a scale, and repeatedly stated, "I weigh 135 pounds." Again, I explained my lack of support for Medical/Health Care, and backed my views with Religious reasons. Specifically, I stated, "Medical/Health Care supports Evolutionary Biology, which claims that Humans are descendants of Apes. That claim is against my Religious beliefs. I support Creationism. So, I don't support Medical/Health Care, and I don't use it." Eventually, the Medical Nurse "threw his hands up," and left the cell room murmuring, "That's a BITCH."

Meanwhile, after each disturbing Medical/Health Care Worker encounter, I intercom contacted the JAIL Staff at least once a day to protest the notion that I deserved to be so hounded and threatened by the possibility of invasive "Force-Feed" treatment, during a basic weekly Religious/Spiritual FAST (w/ prayer). Also, I mentioned, "I do eat. After the fast, I will get back to eating food. [Besides] I fasted at other jails, and easily got back to eating food, after each fast. The Staff at those jails know that I can eat... I fasted at King County Jail, Pierce County Jail, Pottawattamie County Jail, and Douglas County Jail." In addition, I explained to the JAIL Staff that the Medical/Health Care Workers actions were "bordering on idolatry," because they continued to ignore my Religious stance and work towards an "experimental subject" idea without my willing consent. For that reason, I repeatedly demanded that the JAIL tear up the pre-screening Medical sheet. To elaborate, I was unfairly intimidated by a Medical Nurse and JAIL Guards to fill out the pre-screening questionnaire, because they threatened to send me to a Doctor and force-feed me. Furthermore, the joint efforts of the JAIL and Medical/Health Care System increasingly attacked my Religious/Spiritual state, so I supported my Religious stance with the following Biblical passages: Matthew 4:4; Luke 4:4 (NOTE: I can "FAST & PRAY" for long periods of time, because I don't live by bread alone. So, I can actually live by the WORD OF GOD.); 1 Corinthians 15:39 (NOTE: All flesh is not the same. So, any Evolutionary Biology "Ape to Human Related Flesh" claims are FALSE. Yet, Monkeys [Apes] are still used to test drugs that are eventually prescribed to Humans. Even though, according to the Holy Bible, Apes [Beasts] have a different kind of flesh.); 1 Timothy 1:4; 2 Timothy 4:3-4. Moreover, I explained to the JAIL Staff that the Medical/Health Care Workers in the JAIL were actually not worthy of further consideration, because they failed to WORK WITH ME by contacting a Chaplain and Christian Physicians. Specifically, their understanding of Christianity was limited, and they failed to respectfully regard my efforts to prepare for trial with Mental and Spiritual edification activities, such as FASTING, PRAYER, and BIBLE STUDY.

*NOTE:* HEAD COVERING: During the FAST, I demanded my head wrap back for Religious reasons, because I PRAY often when I FAST. Specifically, I used a Biblical passage in 1 Corinthians (1 Corinthians 11:5) as inspiration for my request.

*CARE? THEN ACCOMMODATE*: Even though, I quietly fasted, prayed, meditated, and studied the Holy Bible, the JAIL and Medical/Health Care Staff continued to act seriously concerned about my health. However, they failed to fulfill my basic requests for TEA (or COFFEE), and KITES (feedback/request forms). Also, it took the JAIL over 2 days to find me a Holy Bible, after I submitted numerous intercom and face-to-face Bible requests.

Further, the WATER TASTED HORRIBLE! So, as a responsible adult, I made sure to inform the JAIL Guards and even the Medical/Health Care Staff about the distasteful STATE OF THE RUSTY WATER UNION. I said, "The water tastes metallic [and rusty]. There could be metallic particles in the water. So, maybe a filter needs to be changed, if there's a filter." Yet, the JAIL Staff made no efforts to remedy the nasty water problem. Notably, Davis County Jail is one of the few facilities that neglect to serve juice, coffee, or even clean jug water during meal periods. So, annoyingly, I had to HOLD MY BREATH, every time I drank the water.

*BASIC HANDBOOK (Rule Book) COMPLIANCE ANYONE*: UH...DAVIS COUNTY JAIL FAILED TO PROVIDE ME AN IDENTIFICATION BADGE during my JAIL stay. VERY ODD, because I usually remove the uncomfortable JAIL wristbands. The substandard situation was exacerbated, after many attempts to access my JAIL account, with the "blue housing area kiosk," were denied. Even though, the JAIL Staff provided my account information on a torn piece of paper, and embarrassingly announced my account information, more than once, with the dayroom intercom [NOTE: The dayroom intercom was so loud that the other inmates could have overheard my account information, while in drug induced comas! *AT THIS MOMENT, I LOOK TOWARDS THE SCREEN WITH W...HOL...LY AWARENESS*], the JAIL system continued to return an invalid account information error message. So, unlike others, I was denied access to general inmate services, while the JAIL Staff failed to ensure that my account information was actually activated in the system, after promising to resolve the problem.

Painfully, 2 days later, another Medical Worker visited my cell room, and asked me to follow him to the Medical Office, so that he could take my weight and force-feed me food. I of course refused to leave my cell room, and again explained my lack of support for Medical/Health Care. I said, "I only have a few more days left on my fast. And, as a Christian, I sustain well with the Bible...the WORD OF GOD. It is illegal to try to force-feed me. Also, I do not support Medical/Health Care. You all support Evolutionary Biology, and I don't. It claims that Humans are descendants of Apes. I am not an Ape. Apes are Beasts! I am not a Beast! Beasts have a different kind of flesh. So, I do not support Medical/Health Care." The Medical Worker responded, "No. No. That's not what's supported. Besides, Humans are actually more [human genome] similar to pigs." I responded, "What? Pigs are beasts, [and] quadripeds [four-footed]. The base classification for Medical/Health Care patients is Human, and according to Evolutionary Biology, Human equals descendant of Apes. And, Apes are Beasts." Lastly, the Medical Worker threatened me, by saying, "You must eat by [the last day of the fast], or I will submit a Court order to force-feed you."

For the remaining days of the FAST, the JAIL Staff frequently intercom contacted me about meeting with Medical/Health Care by the end of the FAST. So, as usual, I rejected any further contact with Medical/Health Care.

The Officer asked for a reason why I was parked in the lot, so I explained that I ate food at the restaurant, and was working on my laptop while using the free WiFi. I, also, mentioned that I worked as a telecommute (work from home) Freelance Web Programmer for a company in Utah, and often used WiFi around town. Next, the Officer requested my vehicle/driver identification, and increased the awkwardness of the situation by asking some odd and insulting questions, such as "Are you a teenager?," "Did you runaway from home?," "Where's your family?," "Do you have any friends in there with you?," "Do you drink?," "Are you on drugs?," "...[FRANKLY] Why are you here?" So, after I handed the Officer my Driver's License and related vehicle documents, I said, "I am an adult...I'm 28 years old, and I recently moved to Davenport from Indiana...I don't do drugs, and I do not drink alcohol..." In spite of my responses, the Officer requested to search my vehicle. So, after I exited my vehicle, the Officer frisked me, while 2 more Officers approached. They, also, asked intrusive questions and requested more details on any family and friends. One Officer asked, "Where are your family located?...Do they know where you are?...Give me your parents' phone number?" I replied, "I grew up in Michigan. However, I no longer have contact with my former legal guardians." Once again, the Officer asked, "Where are your parents located?...Are they still in Michigan?...Give me their phone number?" Then, I replied, "They could still live in Michigan...It has been a few years, since I last spoke to them...I think their phone number is still ###-###-####." Next, the Officer called the phone number with a cell phone and spoke for awhile on the phone, and then handed the phone to me. I was on the phone briefly and then handed it back to the Officer, who continued speaking by phone for another 5 or more minutes. After the Officer was done with the phone, he directly pointed at me and said, "We're going to let you go. But, you need to talk to your parents!" The Officers, then, left the parking lot...NOTE: Before the Officers approached my vehicle, they were investigating a robbery at a computer store (Computer Evolution), in a mini-mall, across the street.
*-NOTE------>Winter 2010: While working my newspaper route (Quad-City Times), the 4-wheel drive transmission system of my '05 Dodge Dakota started to fail, and the tires got stuck in the snow. Eventually, a Scott County Sheriff Officer approached and started to help push the truck out of the snow. Soon after, over 6 more Officers (County Sheriff and Davenport Police) assisted with pushing the, over 2 ton, truck out of a snow rut.

Initially, I thought it was a continuation of the previous year's generic efforts by Law Enforcement to provide emergency response and basic neighborhood patrol. So, their weekly surveillance seemed increasingly odd and intrusive. Eventually, I assumed that they were investigating me, since I was a full-time RVer (parked obviously in local parking lots), had yet to pay down on an insurance-related fine from a November 2010 accident, and had accumulated over a dozen "Photo Enforcement" vehicle infractions.

[Traveled] EAST on Middle RD, then made a LEFT onto the Interstate 74 divide, before [the] entry ramp, while the traffic light displayed on the Green Arrow. During the LEFT turn, while slightly yielding in motion, a dark blue Chevy Malibu quickly moved in front of my vehicle from the WEST on Middle RD. My vehicle’s brake [pedal] was quickly applied and the vehicle stopped. [Note: At the time, the braking system was experiencing ABS issues and often grinded before reaching a complete stop. So, the vehicle was in need of repair.]

The front of my vehicle was checked for damages[. A] piece of plastic from the other vehicle was found lodged between the headlight and bumper, along with a few scuff marks on the bumper.

*-NOTE------>On March 6, 2013: In the evening, while driving south on S 35th St., a Council Bluffs Police Officer and I simultaneously stopped at a 5th Ave. "STOP" sign. The Officer was driving west on 5th Ave., before slowly turning onto S 35th St. As the Officer slowly moved north on S 35th St., he appeared to flash his high beams a few times. However, I decided to take a neighborhood side street route towards a nearby 9th Ave. gas station. Since, I frequently visited that gas station, I decided to quickly stop by and pick up a snack. As I turned onto 9th Ave., the Officer quickly pulled up behind my vehicle, and followed my vehicle into the gas station parking lot. The Officer approached and said, "...Is there something wrong with your taillights? Because, it appeared that you didn't turn your right signal on, while turning into the parking lot...Try turning on your turn signals...Yeah, it looks like something is wrong with your turn signals." Next, the Officer pointed out that my license plate sticker was old, and requested my vehicle/driver identification. After the Officer looked up my record, he approached and said, "You know, you were recently arrested last month for DRIVING WHILE BARRED...right?" I replied, "Yes." Next, the Officer said, "And, you failed to turn on your right turn signal before turning into the parking lot." Yet, I typically turn on my blinkers, so I told the Officer that I thought I turned [on] my right turn signal... However, the Officer still placed me under arrest for the following charges: DRIVING WHILE BARRED HABITUAL OFFENDER and FAILURE TO SIGNAL TURN.

*-QUICK SECURE CITIZENSHIP RENUNCIATION QUESTION--->October 21, 2013: En route to the Omaha Correctional Center, I stopped by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security [Citizenship and Immigration Services] Office to request DENATURALIZATION PROCESS PAPERWORK. First, I stopped by the Immigration Court side of the building, and was quickly told that CITIZENSHIP RENUNCIATION MATTERS are handled in the main lobby of the building. Once in the main lobby, I asked the on-duty Officers at the front desk where to pick up DENATURALIZATION (Citizenship Renunciation) paperwork. One Officer mentioned an office in Washington, D.C., and that I should call or write a letter to them. So, NO LUCK on DENATURALIZATION from a "Homeland Security-Immigration Services" Office?!

*-MORE PROTEST FUN--->October 21, 2013: I took my protest/demonstration to the lobby of the Omaha Correctional Center. I placed a copy of the "New Incarceration Facility (Tree/Flower Design)" print out, and a working version of the protest statement [written at Pierce County Jail] on 2 lobby window sills. I demonstrated back-and-forth in the lobby entryway, while holding my notepad with the "Renunciation & Treason" statement. Some Correctional Facility Staff requested an explanation for the protest/demonstration, and I replied, "I am political protesting/demonstrating...somewhat in response to the current state of the US Government, yet I used to Anti-War protest with a peace and justice group [while in College in Adrian, MI] during the Bush Administration...However, I am now on my own. Also, I'm promoting my new Incarceration Facility design for future jails, prisons, and detention centers..." Even though, a few Facility Staff marveled and complimented, I was ushered out the building, and soon after asked to leave the area.

Nevertheless, I decided to continue the protest/demonstration showcase. So, I crossed the street and pitched my tent on a sidewalk across from the "Community Corrections Center-Omaha" with my protest/demonstration pieces showcased in the tent screen door. Hours later, an Open Door Mission Employee asked me to pitch my tent elsewhere, because tents are not allowed on the Open Door Mission property, which owned the whole block. After a brief question and answer period [regarding my activities and future plans] and encouragement to just stay at the shelter in a room, the Open Door Mission Employee suggested that I pitch the tent back on the Omaha Correctional Center side. Reluctantly, I carried my tent across the street, right back onto Omaha Correctional Center grounds. Eventually, after moving my tent closer to the Facility doors [overnight], the Law Enforcement were called by the Correctional Facility Staff, and the Police told me to leave the area, too.

*-DAILY FOOD SUPPLIER SHOCK--->October 22, 2013: While trekking through the Open Door Mission Campus, an Open Door Mission Shuttle Driver asked me why I was in the area and offered me a ride. I replied, "I heard that there's a food pantry here, so [right now] I'm here to pick up some breakfast." The Shuttle Driver explained that only the Men's Shelter provides food in the morning, afternoon, and evening.[*SHOCKING AND SOMEWHAT SCARY*] So, the Shuttle Driver transported me to the Men's Shelter. Inside the shelter, in spite of the definitive EX-CON THREAT and DESPERATE BUM SWINDLER LOOK-A-LIKES, I noticed women and children, too. I steered clear of the EX-CON SWINDLER SOCIAL CULTURE and remained near the front desk during the visit. Eventually, the front desk workers handed me 2 bags of lunch food, because the breakfast period had ended for the day.

*-EARLIER ARREST OF THE DAY--->October 24, 2013: After an overnight tent stay at the doors of "ONE OWEN PARKWAY" (Carter Lake, IA Office Building), I walked next door to the "Country Inn & Suites" and proceeded to get some breakfast. Once in the Hotel Dining Room, I was aggressively told by a [presumed] lead Hotel Staff Member to leave the premises and never return.[NOTE: On the previous day (10-23-13), I made a quick visit to the Hotel. Soon after, a Hotel Kitchen Worker (an old lady) told the Front Desk Staff of my presence in the dining room, and the same lead Hotel Staff Member escorted me out of the Hotel.] So, I casually walked towards the front doors, and the same gentleman [minus the gentle] verbally berated me from behind [almost pushing me out the door], as I explained that I just wanted a bagel and that over 25% of the food presented would be tossed away. He said that he would call the Police, and I replied, "That's fine by me. I think they [the Police] should know what just happened here, today...Over 25% of that food will be trashed, and that's not right...[trashing food into bags] reduces food quality..."

A Carter Lake Police Officer arrived, and after a brief talk with the aggressive Hotel Staff, told me to leave the premises and never come back. The Officer, also, stated that he remembered me from an incident at the restaurant next door [in the same parking lot], earlier that week (10-22-13), when I pitched my tent on one side of the old Diner. [NOTE: That night, on October 22nd, 2 Officers told me to pack up my tent and leave from the premises of the closed Diner. After further questions, they offered me a ride to a local Homeless Shelter, even though I explained that the shelters 'typically' do not allow pitched tents on their properties, and that I recently was told to never pitch a tent on "Open Door Mission" grounds. So, they transported me to the "St. Francis House" in nearby Omaha. As usual, after they dropped me off, I quickly walked away from the threatening EX-CON BUM GROUNDS.] Next, the Officer told me to just leave and go back to Omaha, because the businesses in Carter Lake will not allow pitched tents on their properties. However, I was in the area, because I frequently picked up FREE COOKIES from Subway [by returning old receipts w/ survey codes], and it was a change of pace from nearby Omaha.

So, I continued my quest for breakfast, and walked up Abbot Dr. to the "Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites." Once again, the same Front Desk Staff Member, who calmly told me to leave the Hotel earlier that week, shook her head [behind the front desk] and again requested me to leave the Hotel. This time, she said that she would have to call the Police, if I continued to enter the Hotel. As I walked out of the Hotel, I asked nicely for a bagel and mentioned that over 25% of the food presented would be tossed away, which reduces food quality. Outside the Hotel, I was met by the same Carter Lake Police Officer that I encountered a half hour earlier that morning, and he [with a more aggressive demeanor] told me to leave the Holiday Inn alone, too. I reiterated the trash bag and food quality reduction claim, and walked towards the nearby "La Quinta Inn & Suites".

As I walked into [the first entryway of] the La Quinta parking lot, the Officer directly maneuvered his vehicle to block me from walking further into the property. So, to avoid being ran over by a Police vehicle, I walked along the sidewalk in front of the Hotel, and the Officer continued to move his vehicle [through the parking lot] with me towards the second entryway of the parking lot. Next, I turned back towards the Hotel's front doors, and the Officer hopped out of his vehicle and aggressively threatened me to NOT GO any further. I quickly replied, "I am going to ask the Staff at this Hotel if they have any leftovers, too."[NOTE: I successfully ate breakfast at the La Quinta earlier in the week. Yet, was asked to leave the property, after hours of computer usage in the Hotel Computer Room.] Then, the Officer said, "Oh, yeah! You can try it with them, too. Yet, it ain't gonna work. I bet...I know they don't want you here, either..." A Hotel Staff Member exited the Hotel, during the commotion, and quickly agreed with the Officer after he asked her, "Do you want her here?..." Next, a [presumed] lead Hotel Staff Member walked towards the scene, and also agreed with the Officer. Yet, as I stood my ground, the Officer forcibly pushed my backpack off my body, and arrested me for trespassing.

In the Police vehicle, [while angry] the Officer asked me why I traveled into Carter Lake. I replied, "I recently protested/demonstrated at the nearby Omaha Correctional Center, and I use the Subway...I, also, visited the Open Door Mission." Then, the Officer said, "Protest! Well, you can do that in Omaha...There are plenty of Hotels in Omaha. You can protest at all those businesses, like the Old Market District, and get plenty of attention..." After he typed some more information into his computer, he said, "Well, I'm going to take you back to Omaha...St. Francis House...and if you return to Carter Lake, then I'll drive you out West and drop you off in the middle of the State..." Lastly, the Officer dropped me off in front of the St. Francis House, briefly provided directions to the Old Market District, and said, "Now, you stay away from Carter Lake!...If I see you again in Carter Lake, I will take you out West and drop you off in the middle of the State!"[*WHAT THE LIVIN'...?!*][*CAN I GET A SHOCKED MOMENT OF SILENCE?!*]

*-EARLIER BAN OF THE DAY--->October 24, 2013: After the Carter Lake Police "drop off," I decided to continue my search for food at the "Fairfield Inn & Suites Omaha Downtown." Upon Hotel entry, I was quickly noticed by a Front Desk Staff Member and asked to leave.[NOTE: Earlier that week, I encountered the same Staff Member, and she asked me to leave the Hotel, after explaining that they do not give leftovers to those who are not guests of the Hotel.] Once again, I asked, "Is there a time, at the end of breakfast, when I can return for a bagel or any other leftovers?" She said, "No...sorry...we don't do that here..." and again requested me to leave the Hotel. As I walked outside the Hotel, I replied, "I just want a bagel. It wouldn't hurt, since over 25% of the food presented will be tossed away [into the garbage]. The tossing away of food [AS IS] reduces food quality." While I stood outside, the lead Hotel Staff were informed of my request, and one stepped outside and said, "No...No...No! Once again, you are not getting any food!..." Next, the Hotel called the Police. Eventually, the Police arrived, and I stepped back into the Hotel, and once again explained that trashing over 25% of the breakfast reduces food quality. In spite of my comments, the Hotel issued me a verbal "Exclusion/Ban" from the Hotel. Then, the Police asked if I had any questions. I didn't have any further comments, so I left the Hotel.

------------>October 25, 2013: Released from JAIL after Court Order "1 DAY [w/ Credit for Time Served]"...During the Court proceeding, I explained to the Judge that I was protesting/demonstrating outside the hotel after the Hospitality Staff asked me to leave the premises. I asked them [KINDLY] for any leftovers after breakfast [specifically, any extra bagels/doughnuts], and mentioned to them that they toss away 25% of the food presented [into the trash AS IS]. Even though, the Judge was initially very dismissive of my comments, another Court date was set, because I refused the deal proposed by the Prosecution (a deal that was painfully FULLY ACCEPTED by the Judge). Also, I tried to plead "NO CONTEST," after the Prosecution presented the plea bargain deal. Yet, the Judge was very DICTATORIAL, embarrassingly loudly refused my plea, and frankly stated, "No, listen! I AM NOW GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET A MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATION, because 'Living Wills' can change. My 'Living Will' changes with time. So, you can change your 'Living Will'." I replied, "No. My 'Living Will' remains as is. In it, I specifically state that I DO NOT SUPPORT THE MEDICAL/HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY, and to never transport me to a Medical/Health Care affiliated facility. So, a mental health evaluation would violate my 'Living Will.' So, when that Court order is not carried out, I'm just letting you know why [it cannot be followed]. [Overall] it is against my Religious beliefs." [NOTE: Regardless of the next Court date, I now patiently wait for 1 or more Legal Services Groups to endorse my "Living Will." On the other hand, since the USA Judiciary continues to exhibit a strange deference to mental health (psychological) evaluation, I suspect that I could present my "Living Will" on a "Ten Commandments" tablet, and THEY WOULD STILL REJECT my CONSCIENTIOUS AND POWERFUL DIRECTIVES. *SAD. In response, the Prosecutor mentioned that the presented plea deals are the County standard, yet stated that they could reduce the fine with "Credit for Time Served."

During phone correspondence with the Prosecuting Attorney, the Prosecuting Attorney offered to drop the "Criminal Trespass" and "Failure to Appear" charges, and uphold the "Theft of Service" charge with payment of a fine. Lastly, the Judge ordered the presented deal from the Prosecuting Attorney, including a monthly payment plan for the fine, after taking into consideration my specific housing and employment situation.

Fortunately, the assigned Public Defender presented a nice sugarcoated view of the case incident, by stating that a "Good Samaritan" (a generous Local) was moved with compassion to feed a young homeless woman in need, and subsequently asked the young woman to follow her into the Doughnut Shop to get some food. After the Public Defender's statements, I cleared up some relevant incident details (about the outcome of the incident during the Police encounter). Lastly, the Judge agreed with the Public Defender's proposed deal to cut the fine in half and waive the jail time.
