***Breaking News: I OFFICIALLY SURVIVED A TRAIN CRASH, by the GRACE OF GOD... So much for working on the railroad, all the live long day though***

Today (8-15-14), while riding a UTA FrontRunner train to the Salt Lake City "North Temple Bridge/Guadalupe" Station, the train hit a tanker truck. The truck, which was used to spray the railroad tracks for weeds, failed to exit near 125 W Center St before the railroad crossing gates (level crossing) came down. Meanwhile, at around 1pm, in the last mid-level booth window seat (facing South) on a rail car (???120A???), I heard a loud crash, noticed flying smoke and debris, and smelled profuse smoke (gases). During the crash, I hopped up, and attempted to run to the other end of the rail car, away from the smoke and debris that were flying past the window. Shockingly, I was the only HOBO-STYLE Traveler (so it seemed) with enough sense to hop up and run away from the smoke and debris. [*QUITE LAUGHABLE*] The other train passengers looked like robot toys firmly planted to their seats. [*NO COMMENT*]
