*Corner of State Street & University Boulevard near the Utah Supreme Court (Matheson Courthouse): 1 offered money...while I protested/demonstrated w/ notepad (for 2 hours straight). [NOTE: Initially, I attempted to protest just outside the Courthouse front doors, yet over 2 Local Police Officers suggested a relocation of the protest to the street. Also, 1 of the Officers mentioned that a PERMIT IS REQUIRED to legally PROTEST on Federal/State Property.]

*#POLICESHUTTLE#International Terminal/Salt Lake City International Airport: 3 Airport Police Officers offered a ride (to the TRAX Light Rail Airport Station), and travel information (w/ directions to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Office [USCIS]), after suggesting that I take the protest/demonstration back into town (e.g., to the City County building), also inquired about my travel situation (esp. future activities)...while I used my laptop, and casually displayed my protest statement (propped up on my backpack), on the 2nd level of the International Terminal. As the Officers escorted me out of the Terminal, 1 of the 3 Officers said, "What you're doing now is not going to work. So, [to get more visibility for your cause] you should protest at the City County building." I responded, "Oh, yeah. Well, I already protested at the Utah Supreme Court... [On the other hand] a few days ago, another Officer suggested that I [just] visit the Immigration Office. The Officer said it was located on '4th and 4th' near the Hilton Hotel, yet I couldn't find it." Lastly, while en route to the Light Rail Station, 1 of the 3 Officers offered directions to the USCIS.

*U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS): 3 USCIS Security Officers DENIED ME ENTRY and CANCELLED MY INFOPASS APPOINTMENT at the Security Checkpoint, because 1 of the 3 USCIS Officers FEARED MY "PROTEST/DEMONSTRATION" NOTEPAD STATEMENT (i.e., my "Renunciation & Treason" statement). The 1st Officer mentioned that they thought my statement was a dangerous security threat, after stating, "It says here that you curse the U.S. and agree to decapitate [others]. This is the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services office, so that can be a problem." I responded, "That's my protest statement. I usually keep it strapped to my backpack... I'm a political protester. I 'Anti-War' protest, and have done so for many years... I don't support the 'War on Terrorism,' which is supposedly still an active U.S. Military campaign." Another USCIS Officer seemed to take a photo snapshot of the statement, and read aloud the specific areas that caused concern. Specifically, the 2nd Officer said, "You commit treason...you cursed the U.S. ...you agree with opposing forces to use decapitation and incineration to guarantee physical body death. See, those are [controversial] statements that cause concern and pose a threat here at the USCIS office. So, you can't enter the office today with that notepad." Then, a 3rd Officer, encountered earlier in another area of the Office building, escorted me out of the Office. The 3rd Officer suggested that I revisit the Office on another day, and NEXT TIME MAKE SURE TO HIDE THE PROTEST STATEMENT in my backpack. Lastly, the Officer said to just bring back the old INFOPASS (appointment sheet) on another day, and then they would take me to a Higher Ranking USCIS Officer, who could supposedly expedite the appointment process. [NOTE: Since, I arrived at the Office over 2 hours ahead of my scheduled appointment, I decided to wait in a large empty Office space on the same floor as the Immigration Office. Well, the 3rd Officer noticed me, while patrolling the floor, during a security round. The Officer mentioned that the empty Office space was actually an unauthorized area. Next, the Officer asked if I was there for an appointment. After I explained that I was early for an appointment, the Officer offered to move my appointment time up, and get me into the Office immediately.]

*Salt Lake City International Airport: Over 2 Airport Police Officers arrested/held me (at Salt Lake County Jail) for "Trespass"...while I slept on the 3rd level of an Airport Parking Garage. Once again, the Officers forgot to read me my "Miranda Rights" and directly state that I was "under arrest" before starting the preliminary Police Custody interrogation, which painfully included the scandalous "rapport" and "suggestibility" tactics associated with psychological torture and self-incrimination. Also, just before they handcuffed me, 1 of the Officers said, "Ok, you should know the process by now. We will go through this process every time you return to the Airport. So, turn around and face the wall... You remember the procedure...right?" Then, I asked, "Am I under arrest?" Soon after, another Officer grunted an affirmative, "Uh huh, ok turn around," while moving their head and staring at my body. [NOTE: Once again, I was sent to the Salt Lake County Jail, and hours later released because of JAIL overcrowding.]; 2 Airport Police Officers arrested/held me (at Salt Lake County Jail) for "Trespass-General," "Camping and Sleeping on Public Grounds," and "Criminal Trespass"...while I used my laptop on a table in the Security Screening Checkpoint area of the International Terminal. Once again, the Officers FAILED TO READ ME MY "MIRANDA RIGHTS," and directly state that I was "under arrest." During the arrest, 1 of the 2 Officers said, "Ok...turn around. You know the process." So, I asked, "Am I under arrest? Is this an official arrest?" Then, the 2nd Officer, who was also very dismissive said, "Listen...just turn around." *HMM...OK...NOW COPS FORGET MIRANDA RIGHTS AND TO STATE WHEN ONE IS OFFICIALLY UNDER ARREST* :| :| :| [NOTE: Once again, I was sent to the Salt Lake County Jail, and released because of JAIL overcrowding.]; 1 Delta Air Lines Ticket Agent asked me to leave the International Terminal, and called the Police on me, after finding me behind a Ground level Baggage Check counter...while I used the WiFi with a Terminal computer in the Baggage Check area; 2 Airport Police Officers arrested/held me (at Salt Lake County Jail) for "Disturbing the Peace," and "Trespass"...while I calmly sat under the glass atrium on the 2nd level of the International Terminal. Once again, the Officers neglected to read me my "Miranda Rights," and obviously indicate (i.e., proactively communicate as anticipated) when I was officially placed "under arrest." Initially, 1 of the 2 Officers quickly said, "Alright, Keira, you just can't seem to stay away from the Airport. Do you like going to jail?... Well, turn around. You know the drill." I responded, "Am I under arrest?" Next, the 2nd Officer said, "Listen, just turn around. You know the drill." Finally, the 1st Officer said, "Ok, listen. Yes, you are under arrest!" [NOTE: At the JAIL, I was abnormally treated by certain on duty...and they violated my 'Living Will'...in short, I experienced COERCIVE FORCE from MHC FOR RED MATTER REQUIRED BY GOD (SEE Revelation 6:9-10).]; 1 Airport Police Officer (Bicycle Patrol) [w/ a bicycle] asked me to leave the area, walk to the TRAX Light Rail Airport Station, and take a train back into town...while I used the FREE Airport WiFi at an Outdoor Picnic table just outside of the International Terminal

*Outside of Historic Utah County Courthouse: 1 [on a bicycle] offered bread (i.e., a bag of bread ???from a local Grocery Store???)...while I protested/demonstrated w/ notepad on the Courthouse sidewalk along University Ave; 2 ???Locals??? (a Couple) offered money, 'to pay for food,' and encouragement (???to have good luck on my travels???), also asked about my travel story...while I prepared to leave the area (after protesting/demonstrating w/ notepad for 2 hours straight). Initially, the ???Locals??? offered 'to pay for a meal' from a nearby Restaurant, but it was closed for the night. Lastly, 1 of the 2 ???Locals??? said, "I hope you make it to Israel!" then the 2nd ???Local??? offered money. [NOTE: Earlier that evening, I noticed the 2 ???Locals??? scoping me out from the top stairs of the Courthouse.]

The Manager said, "We asked you to leave before, so place [the plate of food] down and leave!... We will call the Police."...while I started to walk away from the Breakfast Room (after putting together a plate of food); 2 Local Police Officers [on another day] issued me a printed "West Valley Police Department Uniform Citation or Information and Summons to Appear" (Misdemeanor - Criminal Trespass) for Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and escorted me out of the building, also inquired about my travel story...while I walked towards an exit, after using the Ladies restroom. During the unofficial interrogation, the 2 Officers spent close to an hour asking me sensitive questions about my Political views (associated w/ protesting/demonstrating), and Religious beliefs (associated w/ Religious wars, and my desire to Pilgrimage in Israel), while I sat at a table with my hands behind my back (as the Police directed) in the Hotel Breakfast Room. Eventually, the interrogation was continued in the Computer Room. Also, at the start of the Police encounter, I mentioned that I did not want to speak any further, and even said, "I decline to comment." Yet, the Officers ignored my statements and continued to pry for more information, while Guests casually walked through and stared me down. Furthermore, after they requested my identification, they noticed my old JAIL documents (i.e., the 'Overcrowding Release,' 'Prisoner Booking Sheet,' and 'Prisoner Property Sheet' for each recent arrest), and 1 of the 2 Officers embarrassingly said, "So, you were just released from jail today!" [NOTE: Before the Police arrived, I used a computer in the Computer Room, and picked up an orange from the Breakfast Room.]

*Holiday Inn Express & Suites/Staybridge Suites [Dual-Brand Hotel]: 2 Local Police Officers asked me to stay away from the Hotel, and escorted me out of the building...while I finished off a cup of tea; 2 Local Police Officers [on another day] issued me a printed "West Valley Police Department Uniform Citation or Information and Summons to Appear" (Misdemeanor - Criminal Trespass) for Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and escorted me out of the building...while I cooled off in the air conditioned Breakfast Room. Once again, the Officers used the interrogation tactics of "rapport" and "suggestibility," while attempting to persuade me to stay away from the Hotel area. 1 of the 2 Officers said that they would for sure arrest me, and send me to JAIL if I continue to return to the Hotel. In addition, while the 1st Officer prepared the citation, the 2nd Officer continued to inquire about my travel plans, and tried to build rapport by bringing up their open-ended (Secular) Religious, Political, and foreign war views.

*Carl's Jr.: 1 Local [who wore a ???Community Action Network??? volunteer t-shirt] heckled, hassled, harassed, assaulted, and stalked me in the Restaurant, at the TRAX Light Rail Central Pointe Station, and throughout the surrounding area...I was attacked, soon after I entered the Restaurant. Initially, the Local was overheard at a nearby Dining Room table muttering that it was illegal to loiter, and pick up free napkins in the Restaurant. In spite of the strange environmental intrusion, I proceeded to the Self-Service Soda Fountain Machine to get some liquid refreshment (beverage). Then, the Local loudly exclaimed that it was illegal to get free soda. Next, the Local marched towards the front counter, and complained to the Restaurant Workers about my actions. Shockingly, I also overheard the Local accuse me of stealing from Hotels and other businesses around town, and loudly reiterate those accusations ???to the Police??? w/ a cellphone. However, before I left the Restaurant, in an attempt to assuage the disturbing situation, I pulled out an old JAIL money envelope, and placed my last nickel on the front counter. Further, as I walked away from the Restaurant, the Local heckled and stalked me towards the Light Rail Station. The Local said, "You can't catch a train for free, too... The cops are gonna get you. You will not get away with stealing from the train [system] and other businesses." I responded, "You are not the Police." Next, the Local physically (w/ their chest) attempted to prevent me from walking along the railway platform, while moving their arms to flag down a TRAX Light Rail Station Worker. I looked towards the Worker, and said, "[This Local] continues to assault and harass me. Can you please get this LOONEY TUNE away from me?" While the Local continued to accuse me of stealing to the Worker, I walked away from the Light Rail Station. The Local quickly noticed my departure, chased me down, and closely followed me Eastward on 2100 S. Nevertheless, I continued walking towards a Gas Station, while the Local pursued and loudly told ???the Police??? my street-by-street location with a cellphone. Eventually, I stopped at a Shell [Gas Station] to discard the lid and straw from an old Restaurant cup. Then, the Local threatened me and said, "The Police are gonna get you. And, don't throw away that cup. It can be used as evidence... We are gonna get you. You can't get away." In spite of the threats, I continued Eastward on 2100 S towards a Burger King, while the Local remained near the Gas Station. Next, I entered the Burger King and used the Ladies restroom. After about 15 minutes, I exited the Restaurant through a side door, yet noticed the Local and a Police Officer arguing near a door facing 2100 S. So, lastly, I undauntedly walked away from the Restaurant, and proceeded Northward on State St. *WHILE SIGHING, CAN I GET A MOMENT OF UNFALTERING SILENCE* [NOTE: Regardless of the strange "WORLDLY INQUISITION" style encounter, I caught a train at another Light Rail Station, and observed another trouble-free day with a certain FAITHFUL OUTLOOK.]

[NOTE: I visited the Hotel to escape a rainstorm. In spite of the rain, the Manager and Staff still requested my full departure from the Property. Also, 1 of the 2 Hotel Staff Members followed me outside, while I walked around the Property, and reiterated that I should fully leave the Hotel grounds.]

[NOTE: Earlier, before I entered the Restaurant, I placed my hiking backpack on an Outdoor Dining table, and cooler/lunch bag on a seat. After I noticed that my backpack was missing, I called 911 about the incident. So, it was shocking, because I frequently visit the Restaurant, and never before witnessed any suspicious activity near my hiking gear.]

[NOTE: The suspect supposedly shoplifted at the nearby 7-Eleven, too. Later, I found a pair of teal sunglasses in the top compartment of my hiking backpack. So, I called the Police about the unknown pair of sunglasses. Afterwards, I gave the sunglasses to the same Detectives, who rescued my hiking backpack.]

[NOTE: Surprisingly, the Officers mentioned that they were aware of the active warrants out for my arrest, however they did not want to send me to JAIL again, because they preferred to just drive me back into town that morning. The Officer, who transported me to the Restaurant, sincerely suggested that I soon make a visit to Court to handle the citations and fines on my record.]; 1 Airport Police Officer, encountered many times before, offered a ride (to the TRAX Light Rail Airport Station)...while I packed away my gear near a Conference Room on the 3rd level of the Terminal 1 Parking Garage (after resting overnight). Once again, the Officer attempted to give me a "Patriotic Common Sense Talk." The Officer said, "Ok, Keira! This is still not going to work. So, pack your stuff up, and go on to the TRAX Station... Then, the Officer continued to comment, "Also, why don't you just get a job, and earn some good wholesome American money?... I see with the protest, you're against my country. In this great nation, you can get a job, and stop trying to get a hand-out. [Besides] how are you even going to pay to get over to Israel, without making the money?" So, I responded, "This is a secular nation. And, I'm a Christian. So, I want to get to Israel. Hopefully, someone will offer a ticket. I'm also charitable, too." [*I SEE, as a de facto STATELESS EXPATRIATE, I SEE*]; 1 Airport Police Officer (Scooter Patrol) and 1 Police Officer (who was on-call as backup) [w/ a vehicle], encountered many times before, offered a ride (to a local Denny's Diner or Truck Stop)...while I rested overnight near a Conference Room on the 3rd level of the Terminal 1 Parking Garage. Initially, the 1st Officer did not have their vehicle nearby, so they called another Officer to the scene, who assisted with transport to a Denny's Diner. Once again, the 1st Officer encouraged me to contact the Courts about the charges on my record, and mentioned that they noticed an active arrest warrant too, yet still preferred to take me to Denny's Diner or a Truck Stop in town. Furthermore, the 1st Officer continued to pry for information about my daily activities and plans, while repeatedly suggesting that I visit the Courts and handle the charges on my record, especially before one warrant turns into many arrest warrants. The 1st Officer said, "You don't want to go to Jail, right? Because, I heard that YOU HAD A HARD TIME AT THE JAIL, last time. THEY SAID THAT YOU CALLED YOURSELF SUICIDAL." I quickly replied, "No. I never called myself that." Then, the 1st Officer asked, "So, what's this about? [The rumor about] YOU NOT WANTING TO SHARE A ROOM WITH OTHER INMATES." I replied, "There's a GANG THREAT." Also, the 1st Officer confiscated my cheap Walmart fleece sleeping bag. The 1st Officer said, "Why don't you go to the Courts, and work something out so that you can get all your things back? [To stay away from the Courts,] that's not smart. We thought you were smart." Afterwards, the 2nd Officer (the on-call backup) arrived with a Police vehicle. While I sat in the Police vehicle, the 2nd Officer said, "Do you remember that [the 1st Officer] told you about the active warrant out for your arrest?... Oh, so you're going to give me the silent treatment. See, I was going to give you a WORD OF ADVICE." Lastly, while I stood in the parking lot of the Denny's Diner, I asked for my old Nebraska State ID back. Embarrassingly, the 1st Officer still had my ID, so the 2nd Officer said that they would go back to the Airport to get my ID from the 1st Officer. Yet after a few minutes, they walked back over to me, and said that I could go pick up my ID at 'Property & Evidence.' [*Ok, I know that I'm not the only one who notices the PARANORMAL COP COMMENTARY THESE DAYS...so...it seems like the Airport Police are turning into a 'TWILIGHT ZONE' w/ many 'OUTER LIMITS' of advice*]; 1 Airport Police Officer offered a ride (to a local Denny's Diner), after stating that I had the option to go to Jail, or the option to be transported to another place (e.g., Denny's Diner, Truck Stop, etc.)...while I rested in a balcony area, under the circular glass atrium, on the 2nd level of the International Terminal; 1 Airport Police Officer offered a ride (to a local Denny's Diner)...while I rested in a balcony area, inside the International Terminal (2nd level). Once again, just like the other AUTHORITARIAN Airport Police Officers, the aforementioned Officer inquired about my rationale for returning to the Airport, painfully said that my efforts are for nought, and insisted that I give up the protesting and do something else. Also, the Officer threatened, "The next time you return we will just take you to a Shelter...every time!" So, I responded, "No. I don't go to Shelters... I will just walk away." Then, the Officer said, "It doesn't matter what you do after we drop you off at the Shelter. But, every time you return, you will be taken to a Shelter." Even though, I disagreed with the Shelter threats and additional demands (to stay away from the Airport, to protest in town, etc.), the Officer continued to try to reprimand me about my daily activities and plans. Furthermore, to 'add insult to injury,' the Officer mentioned, "We already know what you do everyday. We know your favorite hangout spots, and plans to go to Israel... So, you need to do something else, and go somewhere else. Because, the Airport just isn't gonna work. The people at the Airport are not going to offer you a ticket. [Airport Travelers] have other things to do with their money, and to see family and friends... So, do you have family here in Utah? Where do your parents live? Where are you from?" I replied, "I'm from Michigan. So, my former Legal Guardians are probably still in Michigan." Then, the Officer asked, "Why don't you just call your parents? How old are you?" I replied, "I'm 32. And, I no longer speak with my former Legal Guardians, because of Religious Denomination[al] differences...and Religious expression differences." Even though, I explained that I needed my hat and other property to be checked into JAIL with me, they dismissed my request, and still sent my hat and additional property Downtown to the 'Property & Evidence' room. [NOTE: Once again, at the JAIL, I was abnormally treated by certain on duty.]; Over 2 Airport Police Officers arrested/held me (at Salt Lake County Jail) for "Camping and Sleeping on Public Grounds," and "Criminal Trespass"...while I rested in a seating area, on the 3rd level of the Terminal 2 Parking Garage. [NOTE: The accident occurred around 1 o'clock, while the train moved Southbound from the "Woods Cross Station" (in Woods Cross, UT) towards the "North Temple Bridge/Guadalupe Station" (in Salt Lake City). It was by far shocking, because I was sitting in a window seat when I heard a loud crash, witnessed smoke and debris fly past the window, and smelled profuse smoke (gas). Also, odd and somewhat disturbing, I was the only HOBO-STYLE Traveler (so it seemed), who smartly and wisely hopped up and proceeded towards the opposite end of the rail car, away from the smoke and debris. The other passengers, who didn't even scream or shout, sat like robot toys firmly planted to their seats. The other train Riders, at that point, reminded me of characters from a spooky "Twilight Zone" episode.
