*HEIGHTENED SENSES ABOUT "THE MEANING OF LENT"*

*LENT (the well-known definition): a period for repentance and abstinence in respect of "The 40 DAYS Jesus Christ FASTED (and ENDURED TEMPTATION by the Devil) in the WILDERNESS"*

All things considered, LENT also helps one to remember the following:
1. The Devil can actually attack one with vocal sounds, AND BE HEARD! [SEE Matthew 4:3,6,9; Luke 4:3,6-7,9-11]
2. The Devil can actually LIFT ONE UP, PLACE ONE ON THE PINNACLES OF TEMPLES [Matthew 4:5; Luke 4:9], and TAKE ONE UP HIGH MOUNTAINS (where one could then be shown a "MOTION PICTURE"-style PROJECTION of the Kingdoms of the World) [Matthew 4:8; Luke 4:5]!

NOTE: In retrospect, there is a possibility that the Devil can perform the aforementioned against anyone among the Earth (especially the Wicked), yet one is still FREE to say that "I DO NOT HAVE A DEVIL." [SEE John 8:49]
