Well, well, well...a Summit Sotheby's International Realty Collections Winter 2018 magazine listing in Utah almost joined the list of "MISSING DRIVEWAYS IN REALTY." In the Winter 2018 magazine, a Lower Deer Valley property seemed "sidewalk to the garage" bicycle ready. However, upon further examination, a MOVOTO website listing of the property (in SATELLITE view) indicated that Summit Sotheby's International Realty is still on virtual target within industry standards, and cropped out at the magazine page level with Ryland Homes-style quizzical photo possibilities.
