*State Street/US-89 near Cafe Rio [Mexican Grill Restaurant]: 1 (who was noticed standing in a UTA Bus Stop shelter, less than a minute earlier) offered monies, before saying, "Merry Christmas!"...while I walked along the street; 1 offered monies, after saying, "I and my wife [want you to have this money,] and want you to have a Merry Christmas."
